Full Lancashire Breakfast £5.95 per person, includes cereals,toast, coffee, tea, juices and a cooked selection of sausage, bacon, choice of eggs &, local favourites.

Bookings cancelled up to 12 noon on the day prior to arrival will not be charged. If you have already paid then a full refund will be made.

Bookings cancelled after 12 noon on the day prior to arrival will be charged for the first nights stay.

No shows will also be charged with the first nights stay.
